- Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire strives to grant every child’s wish in the local region between the ages of 2½ to 18 years old and who has a life-threatening medical condition. The organization’s mission is to help these children transform their illness to life-affirming triumphs. The Orange County chapter was founded in 1983 and has fulfilled more than 5,000 wishes in the local area.
